Craft Your Future will be hosting this year’s Next Generation Investor Summit on the 26th of October 2024. It’s an annual event organized to provide financial education to the middle- income class in Kenya who are seeking to better their lives through managing their money better and growing their sources of income to ultimately achieve financial freedom.
Today, more than ever, financial education is a core life skill as most households are living from pay cheque-to-pay cheque. About 33% of our middle-income class population is just a shock away from sliding into poverty. Kenya, like most African countries, suffers from chronic low savings and investment rates, primarily attributed to financial illiteracy.
The summit aims to bring together individuals, small business owners and financial/Investment institutions offering solutions that are geared towards helping people achieve both their short term and long term goals.
The highlights of the event will be:

Pauline is a global multi-award-winning HR Consultant/Executive Leadership Life and Career Coach with over 28 years of multi-sectoral HR leadership experience. She has vast multisector experience having worked in the NGO, Telecommunications, Retail, Media, Education, and Professional Consulting Sectors. She is in her 7 th year as an entrepreneur, executing purpose through her organization, Talentgurus@254, where she is using her vast HR experience to assist companies and individuals unleash their true people potential.
She is a forward thinker, very agile and adaptable, a futurist, and a social media influencer where she has mentored and influenced large audiences to be better versions of themselves. She has built an online community with over 30,000 followers and connections across all her social media handles. Her key preferred professional platform is Linked In, where she has over 13,000 followers and 7,500 connections. She is a true believer that the world is flat and now more than ever, we all must acquire and build on skills and mindsets that will enable us to interact and embrace the future.

Joram Mwinamo - Founder/CEO SNDBX International Management Consultant, Coach, Public Speaker
Joram is a management consultant, coach and Public Speaker, who is passionate about Africa and seeing its people achieve the greatness that is inherent in them while enabling them to have global influence in business, education and life. He has top skills in organization structuring, strategy development, coaching, workshop facilitation, leadership training and Entrepreneurship.
Joram is the CEO, Founder and brainchild behind SNDBX International, (pronounced Sandbox), an innovative one stop shop for supporting SMEs and the only one of its kind globally.
He brings over 20 years’ experience to this role gained from running Wylde International which he co-founded, grew and eventually exited but remains as a board member. Joram has honed his skills as a leading strategy and entrepreneurship consultant across Africa, with experience in carrying out organization change programs from the design stage to implementation.
Mnyindo Tairo-Mngola - Founder/CEO Le'Risque Africa, Family Wealth Advisor, Personal risk specialist for entrepreneurs & professionals
Mnyindo Tairo-Mngola is a family wealth advisor and personal risk specialist for successful entrepreneurs and professionals. Her desire is to help African families rise especially in protecting and preserving wealth. She has a background in financial mathematics, wealth management and digital insurance.
She is a mum of two and is passionate about family, legacy planning, working with widows and orphans and travelling.
She is also the founder of Le'Risque Africa whose mission is to ensure intergenerational continuity of wealth and protection of African legacies by making sure that no family’s quality of life suffers due to a risk that can be mitigated.

Rina Hicks - Founder, RH Group Ltd Director, Faida Investment Bank
Rina is a passionate investment professional who serves as Operations Director at Faida Investment Bank and directs the Corporate Finance Advisory Unit. Responsible for firm-wide strategic planning and processes in Kenya and Rwanda.
Rina is the founder of RH Group Limited and Money-Wise®, a platform that is involved in content creation, investment coaching and training, Rina has increasingly become an internationally recognized voice on financial literacy and investor education. Specifically, she has trained over 5,000 individuals through her online course “Investable” and through partnerships and collaborations with organizations such as Standard Chartered, KCB Group, Kenya Airways, Kenya Wine Agencies Ltd., ABSA, Telkom Kenya, Kenya Revenue Authority, Minet Kenya, and many others.
She authored the book “Money-Wise: Create, Grow & Preserve Wealth” in 2016 and hosts the YouTube Channel “Money-Wise with Rina Hicks,” which has more than 48,000 subscribers, and 2 million total views from over 50 countries. Her personal vision through these platforms is to see Africans propelled to greater heights in the management of their finances, creating a Continent of financially secure families.
Rina was voted top 10 women to watch in 2022 in Banking and Finance in Africa (Angaza Awards 2022). She is a Certified Professional Coach (ICF), is married and has 3 children.
